Mission Valley tithes 10% of tithes that it receives toward those in God’s service locally and abroad. We have a mission field in our own family, community, workplace as well as in foreign countries and have the opportunity to support those who are called to obedience to serve by providing a means of financial, personal and prayer support. Family Promise of San Gabriel Valley

Family Promise has created a network of congregations across the western San Gabriel Valley that take turns, a week at time, housing and feeding homeless families that are admitted into the program. During the day, the children go to school, while the parents go to the Family Promise Resource Center where they receive assistance finding housing, work and social services they may need.

Heavenly Treasures

Through Free Methodist World Missions, Mission Valley supports Caroline Sakanashi and Christina Gaulton with their ministry at Heavenly Treasures. The mission of Heavenly Treasures is to equip and assist people in developing countries to break the cycle of poverty through their handiwork and creativity. We focus on handicraft projects that allow the development of a micro enterprise, leading them down the path to self-sufficiency. These projects are very small enterprises, ranging from one refugee family to a group of village women, all in need of a consistent income.

David and Leah Gaulton – Jesus Use Me Movement

David served as the worship leader at Mission Valley and left to begin his music ministry. They are fully commitment to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world. Through our ministry of leading worship and the events & resources of the Jesus Use Me Movement, we desire to see people saved, transformed, and become devoted disciples of Christ that can be His hands and feet in the world. We believe God can use anyone with a willing heart and as we inspire people to pray the prayer, “Jesus, use me”, we believe the lost will come to know the love of Christ through His body.

Luke and Angelica Walker

Luke is a staff member of Glory Reborn in Cebu Philippines. Glory Reborn provides compassionate and holistic care to marginalized moms and babies of Cebu. He is currently writing a leadership manual based off the core values at Glory Reborn. This will be used starting the first of the year to help train a handful of staff leaders and connect them to the heart of ministry and foundations in Scripture that Glory Reborn was built on. The goal is to reconnect everything that we are doing back to Jesus' heart for them, for those they serve, and for the nations. Anjelica and I said in our mission statement that our desire is to cultivate communities that reflect the truth, hope, grace and unconditional love of Jesus; this leadership training is kind of the first step for doing that at Glory Reborn.
